The Literacy
Alliance
strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our
clients and, in turn, for all of us. Illiteracy is more than
a personal struggle. Its effects can be felt throughout our entire
community. The problems of illiteracy reach everyone. Low employment,
increased crime rates and low student test scores are just some
of the problems illiteracy brings.
However, there
are solutions. At the Literacy Alliance, we’re working
every day to fulfill our mission to end illiteracy. By empowering
people through literacy, we not only help in the success of our
clients, but the
overall success of Allen County as well.
Through One-on-One Tutoring, Learning Centers, and Family Literacy, we provide services for adults in
our community. We welcome your involvement and support, as a learner,
as a volunteer, or as a donor. For
more information, give us a call at 260-426-7323 or send a message
to info@fwliteracyalliance.org.
